In-person class that addresses comfort relaxation and breathing techniques, baby cares, safety, and parenting. Tour of the family Birth Care Unit is included in this class. Recommended for women in their last trimester of pregnancy and support person. A copy of INJOY Understanding Birth Guidebook is included. The class provides lots of time for you to ask questions so bring what questions you have and don't be shy to ask!
In order for the class to be successful we need a minimum of 3 couples to sign up. If we don't meet the 3 couples we will cancel the class. You will be notified 48 hours before the class if it is cancelled.
Bringing a support person is included in the $50 fee.
The class is in the 1st floor conference room of the downtown campus. You can park in the parking ramp and come across the skywalk to the main set of elevators that are behind surgery waiting. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor and the conference room will be to your left. An email reminder will be sent 24 hours before the class with instructions on how to get to the class as well.
